Microsoft Access Project
They would like a new Microsoft Access application.
Proposal
Mosaic Family Services is looking for a 2-4 user Windows-based CRM-style application
that helps them track donors for their fundraising activities. Currently, this information
is tracked in a series of Excel Spreadsheets and Outlook Contact folders. The charity
wants an application that will help them better manage their contacts with these
donors, their participation in events, and the amount and frequency of their donations.
The charity suggests that Microsoft Access would give them the flexibility they
would need to effectively manage this information while providing the flexibility
for reporting that they’re looking for.
