Mission
The mission of the National Kidney Foundation of North Texas is to prevent kidney
and urinary tract diseases, improve the health and well-being of individuals and
families affected by these diseases, and increase the availability of all organs
for transplantation.
Web Project
They would like a new website. However, all of their content from their old site
will need to be moved.
Proposal
The charity’s website is currently managed at a national level, with no ability
for them to make their own changes, updates or improvements to the site. NKFT requests
that the site be reformated from Cold Fusion to Expression Web, with all content
in a form that can be managed locally. Additionally, if there is time, the charity
requests a few additional features added to the site including a volunteer and event
registration system as well as the ability to host a picture and movie clip gallery.
